Harald Sætermo
Harald Sætermo has more than 25 years of experience advising Norwegian and international clients. His practice focuses on finance law, corporate and transactional matters, and restructuring and insolvency. He combines experience from senior roles in law firms with in-house positions within the banking sector.
Before founding LexOslo, Harald held senior positions at leading Norwegian law firms and served as in-house counsel at one of Northern Europe’s largest financial institutions. He has advised on complex financing and M&A transactions, regulatory matters affecting the financial sector, and significant disputes. He also has extensive experience in restructuring and insolvency matters, including distressed transactions and creditor representation.
