The Annual Finance Law Conference 2026

The Annual Finance Law Conference, hosted by Juristenes Utdanningssenter JUS, is the key professional event for Norwegian lawyers working in the field of finance law.
Harald Sætermo, partner at LexOslo, once again spoke at the Annual Finance Law Conference on 22 September 2026. The talk gave an overview of developments in credit, payment services, enforcement and insolvency, security interests and information liability. Topics included the expected revision of the Norwegian Financial Agreements Act, the new Debt Collection Act and new restructuring legislation. Sætermo also discussed two recent Supreme Court decisions on information liability.
